Helping Central Oregon men become better dads

Hi and welcome! My name is Ben. I’m a coach, change manager, and group facilitator here in Central Oregon. I’m also a dad. I started the Better Dads Project to help men step into fatherhood with intention and purpose.

Being a dad has been one of the great joys of my life, and I think every man is capable of being present kind and loving with their children. All too often I witness men trying to be good fathers all on their own. I believe we’re stronger when we’re in it together—when we can ask for help, when we feel supported and heard. To this end, I host workshops to help men move the ball forward and be the fathers to their kids that they themselves wish they had had. I also host monthly potlucks where men can come together and connect with other dads.

If you are a dad, or are going to be a dad soon, come be a part of a warm, open and supportive community of other Central Oregon men who want to be not just good dads, but great dads.

What dads are saying

“Ben leads with heart, humility, and wisdom.”

Forest F.

“Ben is a master of ceremonies in a humble, cool-and-collected disguise. His ability to hold space for men to be brave, tender and honest is a testament to his own commitment to inner growth and relational depth. If you get the chance to circle up with Ben, be prepared to root down, step up and let go.”

Ian C.

“I am tremendously grateful to Ben for creating this special community for fathers. Already, I have found friendship and support from this container that has changed my life. Ben so intentionally, skillfully, and safely holds the container for this community and he is a facilitator / leader that I absolutely trust. My only complaint is that I wish I had a fatherhood community like this 15 years ago at the very beginning of my parenting journey.”
